Nicola started Single Variety Co back in 2016 determined to make the very best tasting fruit preserves and chilli jams that you can buy. From her London kitchen to now having her own mini jam factory in Bristol, the jams and preserves are still made with  the same integrity, using single varieties of fruit to showcase the very best flavour of that produce.
