Tuppenny Barn has two parts to it:

Tuppenny Barn Education (TBE) is a UK registered charity, whose purpose is to advance education in horticulture and sustainability in West Sussex, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.  We achieve this through:

• Cultivating and harvesting organic produce, to create learning experiences for all ages that promote the benefits of growing, cooking and eating organic produce.
• Providing facilities, information and advice of the benefits to physical and mental health through engagement in organic horticulture.
• Our sustainable Education Centre used by the local community for meetings, lectures, classes and other recreational and leisure activities.

Tuppenny Barn Organics (TBO), the founding company, oversees all of Tuppenny’s trading activities.  These include the shop, vegetable bag scheme and venue hire for corporate and private use, such as corporate meetings and events, weddings and wakes. TBO is a company Limited by Guarantee. All of the proceeds from its activities are used to fund our charitable education work.
