Chimac's Korean BBQ Sauce is a unique yet familiar blend of traditional Korean ingredients, fermented soybeans, brown sugar and spices.

Perfect for grilling, BBQ-ing or just dipping it's sweet, vinegary and undeniably delicious.

Made in Dublin with Korean-inspired flavours, this sauce comes from the fried chicken restaurant Chimac. The name comes from Korea's love of fried chicken and beer.  Korean's love the combo so much they’ve dedicated a whole word to it. Pretty much a national pastime, Chimac comes from “chi”, short for “chikin” plus “Mac” from “maekju”, Korean for beer. 

TIPS: switch the chicken for shredded pork belly or jackfruit for veggies, and marinate with this amazingly delicious sauce. Then cook down, and use in a soft bun with sliced avocado, some crispy lettuce and lime pickled onions for a yummy juicy sandwich.
