Andrew Gilhespy was inspired to create the Fresh Flour Company, after being mentored by some of the UK’s most visionary artisan millers and bakers.The philosophy very simple. They only use English heritage and ancient wheats. They work in partnership with organic farmers, or farmers who don’t spray and pay them fairly and realistically. They mill the grains they grow into flour on our premises. They make all of our own products. They only use other ethically sourced, natural ingredients and Devon water.
