Whole mixed olives marinated in garlic and rosemary with extra virgin olive oil. Recipe inspired by olives in a bar on the Greek Island of Evia back in the 90's.
TIPS: After you’ve enjoyed the olives, try using the infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil as a rub for a Sunday roast, or BBQ meat. Especially good with lamb.
