Chilli + Garlic Olives

Whole mixed olives marinated in garlic, chilli and spices with extra virgin olive oil. 

One of the first recipes developed by Olives Et Al back in 1992, after they found similar flavour in a market in Ragusa, Sicily.

TIPS: After you’ve enjoyed the olives, try using the infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil for frying eggs in for a weekend brunch alongside some wilted spinach on toasted sourdough. Add some dukkah for a crunchy topping.
