Pickled shiitake, enoki and oyster mushrooms with soy, ginger, garlic and a touch of chilli. So much flavour in one mouthful.

Keep it simple and use as a topping on rice bowls, noodles and salads. Or go that extra step and add a few pickled mushrooms where you would usually use fresh in recipes, or try the pickling liquor as a marinade, stir fry or dipping sauce.

Who makes this?

Founded by chef and food obsessive Rachael, Miam is named after her favourite sandwich and crepe shop in Paris, Chez Alain Miam Miam.

The colloquial French word for yummy. Miam uses fruit and vegetable, a whole lot of spices and aromatics, and their magic touch to create yummy things in jars.

While their pickles, sauces and condiments are all vegan friendly, they’re for everyone who wants an easy way to add a whole extra layer of flavour.
