This smooth pâté is made with Spain’s prized Iberico pork. Cherry jam adds fruity sweetness to balance its rich, savoury flavour.

Serve this pâté on crostini, toast points or crunchy bread. It’s a great addition to charcuterie boards and grazing platters.

iberian pork liver (25%), bacon and pork, water, cherry jam (10,5%) (cherry, sugar, cane sugar, lemon concentrate, gelling agent (citrus pectin)), fried onion (onion, olive oil, salt), cultivated mushrooms (pleurotus ostreatus),skimmed milk powder, extra virgin olive oil (1%), wine, salt, vegetable pea fiber, egg powder, aromas, garlic, sugars, cornstarch, spices, aromatic plants.
