French salted butter caramels are sweet, buttery and make the perfect post-dinner petit four. These rich caramels are made with sea salt and fleur de sel from Guérande, a medieval town in Brittany, famous for its salt marshes.

This beautiful tin is filled with the wrapped caramels, and can be used time and time again once the buttery confectionery has all been eaten.

Glucose syrup, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, butter (milk) (10%), milk powder, sea salt from Guerande (0.8%), fleur de sel from Guerande (0.3%)

Who makes this?

Based in Quiberon, France, La Maison D’armorine has created sweet delicacies since 1946. Since the start, three generations have taken their turn to create the salted butter caramels – a Breton speciality. The sweets are created using local ingredients and traditional processes involving a copper caldron.
